Elpro International Acquires Blue Jet Healthcare for INR 7.54 Crores

Elpro International Ltd. has acquired equity shares of Blue Jet Healthcare Limited, a global, science-led, pharmaceutical company. The transaction is a fresh acquisition of 1,38,366 equity shares, with Blue Jet Healthcare's standalone turnover for FY 2023-24 being INR 7,115.98 Million. The acquisition is a cash consideration and the cost of acquisition is INR 7.54 Crores. Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd, incorporated in December 1968, is involved in the production of advance pharmaceutical intermediates and API, and has a presence in India and over 50 countries, including Norway, USA, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Thailand.
