Elpro International Forms Independent Director Committee for Delisting Offer

Elpro International Ltd has announced the formation of a Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) as per SEBI Delisting Regulations. This committee, comprising Mr. Naresh Agarwal (Chairman), Mr. K. R. Anil Kumar, and Mrs. Shruti Mimani, will provide reasoned recommendations on the Delisting Offer. Their recommendations, along with voting patterns, will be published at least two working days before the tendering period begins, in the same newspapers as the Detailed Public Announcement. A copy will also be sent to BSE Limited and the Manager to the Delisting Offer, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.
