Elpro International Ltd Delisting Offer: Promoter Group Stake Rises to 93.02%

Elpro International Limited is undergoing a voluntary delisting process from BSE Limited. Following a delisting offer, Zenox Technology Services Private Limited, part of the promoter group, acquired 3,05,45,122 equity shares from public shareholders. This acquisition has increased the promoter/promoter group's collective shareholding to 15,76,54,092 equity shares, representing 93.02% of the company's paid-up equity share capital.
