Elpro International Ltd Sells Entire Stake in PNB MetLife for Rs. 134 Crores

Elpro International Limited has sold its entire shareholding in PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited. The transaction consisted of 1,63,87,424 (One Crore Sixty-Three Lakhs Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Four Only) equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10/- each. The total consideration for the sale was Rs. 134,37,68,768/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty-Four Crores Thirty-Seven Lakhs Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-Eight Only).
