ELPRO INTERNATIONAL LTD. to Acquire 100% Partnership Interest in EduSpace Services LLLP for INR 214.14 Crores

ELPRO INTERNATIONAL LTD. has received approval from Members of the Company for the proposed acquisition of 100% of the partnership interest in EduSpace Services LLLP through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elpro Reality Private Limited. The acquisition, valued at INR 214.14 crores, is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025. EduSpace is engaged in real estate and leasing activities with a revenue of INR 0.067 Crores in FY 2023-24. The acquisition will increase ELPRO's footprint in the real estate market and consolidate its real estate assets.
