EMA India Ltd Board Approves Promoter Reclassification Process

EMA India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the process for reclassifying outgoing Promoters from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. This follows the receipt of a No Objection Certificate from BSE Limited. The company will now seek member approval through a postal ballot. The Board also approved the draft postal ballot notice, explanatory statement, and calendar of events, authorizing management to complete statutory compliances. Mr. Rahul Yadav has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process.
