Emami Ltd Schedules 43rd AGM for August 25, 2026

Emami Limited has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with regulatory circulars. The agenda includes the adoption of standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, the re-appointment of directors Shri Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Shri Aditya Vardhan Agarwal, and Shri Prashant Goenka. Additionally, the AGM will consider and approve the remuneration increase for Shri Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, from ₹30 Lacs to ₹34 Lacs effective April 1, 2026, and his re-appointment for a five-year term starting April 1, 2027.
