Emami Ltd. to Acquire 73.5% Stake in Axiom Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 200 Crores

Emami Ltd. has agreed to purchase approximately 73.5% stake of paid-up capital of Axiom Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. (AAPL), an associate company. This transaction will result in AAPL becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emami Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition is up to Rs. 200 Crores. AAPL is a beverage company with a proprietary fusion of aloevera pulp with fruit blend, and it has a significant presence in the Indian market. The consolidated turnover of AAPL for the last three financial years is as follows: INR 110 Cr. (FY 2024-25); INR 107 Cr. (FY 2023-24); and INR 129 Cr. (FY 2022-23).
