Emami Q4FY26: Revenue ₹925 Cr, Down 4% Amid Headwinds

Emami Ltd reported a 4% decline in consolidated revenue to ₹925 crore for Q4FY26, impacted by unfavorable seasonal conditions and geopolitical disruptions. Excluding the summer portfolio, domestic business grew by 11%. International business revenues decreased by 5%. Gross margins improved to 68.4%. EBITDA declined by 15% to ₹187 crore, while PAT stood at ₹143 crore. For FY26, revenues were ₹3780 crore, EBITDA at ₹964 crore and PAT at ₹775 crore. Emami increased its stake in Axiom Ayurveda, making it a subsidiary, and is acquiring a majority stake in IncNut.
