Emami Realty Ltd has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 AM via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of the AGM. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26, the reappointment of Mr. Rajesh Bansal, and the appointment of Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Additionally, the members will consider a special resolution to authorize the Board to borrow up to ₹5,000 Crores.
