Embassy REIT Allots ₹700 Cr Debentures at 7.49% Coupon

Embassy Office Parks REIT has announced the allotment of 70,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth ₹700 Crores. The Series XVII Debentures carry a coupon rate of 7.49% per annum, payable quarterly, with a tenure of 3 years. The allotment was approved by the Borrowings Committee of the Manager. The issue price was discovered through an Electronic Book Building Platform, resulting in Embassy REIT receiving ₹700.241 Crores against the principal amount. These debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
