Embassy Office Parks REIT has submitted a compliance certificate confirming the full utilization of ₹1,100 Crores raised through Commercial Papers (Tranche X, Issues A & B) allotted on April 10, 2026. The funds were used as specified in the Key Information Document. Additionally, the REIT confirmed adherence to listing conditions for its Commercial Papers (Scrip Codes 730412, 731343, 731468, 731469) during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Tranche VII Commercial Papers aggregating ₹400 Crores were redeemed on June 16, 2026.
