Embassy REIT releases FY2026 ESG & Sustainability Report

Embassy Office Parks REIT has released its Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Report and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The comprehensive report, titled "SHAPING SUSTAINABLE WORKPLACES," details the REIT's sustainability journey, ESG vision, strategy, framework, and governance. It covers various aspects including resource efficiency, energy and emissions, water stewardship, waste management, biodiversity, and sustainable supply chains. The report also outlines the REIT's 5-year environmental, social, and governance roadmap for FY2026–2030, its net-zero commitment, and alignment with UN SDGs. Additionally, it includes sections on human capital, community connect, customer centricity, responsible investment, corporate governance, and risk management. The report has received a limited level assurance engagement from The British Standards Institution (BSI) for its sustainability information for FY2025-2026, covering various GRI standards.
