Emcure Pharma Independent Director Completes 2nd Term

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that Mr. P.S. Jayakumar will complete his second consecutive term as an Independent Director on July 21, 2026. Consequently, he will cease to be a Director of the company and will also step down as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. The Board expressed its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.
