Emerald Finance Ltd has partnered with TICS FOODWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, a Home Made food Delivery Platform, to offer its Early-Wage-Access program to the employees of the Company. This partnership aims to provide instant financial relief to the employees by allowing them to access part of their salaries seamlessly throughout the month. Emerald Finance, in line with its vision to expand its offerings, had been working on a salary advance solution, which entails tying up with employers to offer short term loans as salary advance. The amount lent is then collected through salary deduction.
