Emerald Leisures Ltd. held its Board Meeting on 14th February, 2026, where it approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting was held at the company's registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Independent Auditors, P G BHAGWAT LLP, have reviewed the Standalone Financial Results and found them to be in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The Consolidated Financial Results of the company and its subsidiary were also reviewed and found to be in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.
