Emerald Leisures Ltd has scheduled a Board Meeting on 14th November, 2025, to consider and approve various matters, including the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2025, the limited review report on the un-audited financial results, redemption of preference shares, and the constitution of a Preferential Issue Committee for the issue and allotment of convertible warrants on a preferential basis. The company will also address any other business with the permission of the Chairperson.
