The promoter's total shareholding in the company is 46,74,510 equity shares, which amounts to 31.12% of the total share capital. The pledge was created on September 1, 2026, as security for the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The shares have been pledged in favour of Beacon Trusteeship Limited, acting as the Debenture Trustee for Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager Private Limited, the lender.
