Jaydeep Vinod Mehta, Promoter of Emerald Leisures Limited, has created a pledge over 38,30,323 equity shares, representing 25.50% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is part of a revised disclosure under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The shares are pledged as security against the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Mr. Mehta's total shareholding in the company stands at 46,74,566 equity shares, or 31.13% of the total share capital. The pledge was created on August 18, 2026, in favour of Beacon Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee for Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager Private Limited, the lender.
