Mr. Jaydeep Vinod Mehta, a promoter of Emerald Leisures Limited, has created an encumbrance (pledge) over 38,30,323 equity shares, representing 25.50% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is against the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) as security. Mr. Mehta's total shareholding in the company is 46,74,566 equity shares, which is 31.13% of the total share capital. The encumbrance was created on August 18, 2026, in favour of Beacon Trusteeship Limited, acting as the Debenture Trustee for Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager Private Limited, the lender.
