Emkay Global Allots 1,50,000 Shares on Warrant Conversion

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has announced the allotment of 1,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to Mr. Prakash Kacholia, a promoter. This allotment is a result of the conversion of 1,50,000 warrants, following the payment of the balance subscription amount. The conversion price was Rs. 239.50 per share. This action increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs. 27,67,55,800 to Rs. 27,82,55,800, with the total number of equity shares rising to 2,78,25,580. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
