Emkay Global Allots 50,000 Shares on Warrant Conversion

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has announced the allotment of 50,000 equity shares following the conversion of warrants. The allotment was approved by the Management Committee at a meeting held on August 21, 2026. These shares were issued to Mr. Prakash Kacholia, a promoter, upon payment of the balance subscription amount for the warrants. This conversion increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
