Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd: Trading Window Closure for NCD Issuance

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders from August 10, 2026, until 48 hours after the outcome of a Management Committee meeting scheduled for August 21, 2026. This meeting will consider and approve the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. Separately, a Board of Directors meeting on May 15, 2026, will consider raising funds up to ₹100 Crores through NCDs, secured or unsecured, via private placement, in compliance with SEBI guidelines and applicable laws.
