Emmbi Industries Appoints Cost Auditor & New Directors

Emmbi Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Joshi Apte and Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s R. Daliya & Associates. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Anuj Choksey as Non-Executive Independent Director, Ms. Maithili Rinku Makrand Appalwar as Executive Director, and Mr. Yash Ravi Punjabi as Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
