The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The decision is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
