Emmsons International Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Emmsons International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will inform stock exchanges about the board meeting date for approving these results in due course. Additionally, the PANs of designated persons will be frozen for trading during this period as per a SEBI circular.
