Emmvee Board Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹1 Dividend

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M S K C & Associates LLP, provided an unmodified opinion on these results. Furthermore, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (50%) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid within 30 days from the AGM date.
