Empire Industries changes RTA to NSDL Database Management

Empire Industries Limited has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company will transition from Bigshare Services Private Limited to NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML). This change was initially approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on February 11, 2026, and the effective date for the appointment of NDML as the new RTA has been set for May 1, 2026.
