Empower India Ltd Closes Trading Window for H1 FY27

Empower India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, promoters, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading and SEBI regulations. The trading window will be shut from October 1st, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30th, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
