Enbee Trade & Finance Promoter Sells 19.8 Lakh Shares

Enbee Trade and Finance Limited has disclosed a shareholding change by its promoter, Amarr Narendra Galla. The promoter sold 19,80,000 equity shares, representing 4.75% of the total holdings, on September 1, 2026. The transaction was executed via open market sale on the BSE. Following this sale, the promoter's shareholding in the company has reduced to 3,12,10,000 equity shares, which is 4.48% of the total equity. The total value of the transaction was approximately ₹57,12,538.88, excluding taxes and brokerage.
