Endurance Technologies Acquires Fondalpress for €12.34 Million

Endurance Technologies Ltd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Endurance Overseas SpA, Italy, has acquired 100% of Fondalpress SpA, Italy, for a consideration of €12.34 million. The acquisition was completed on October 6, 2026, via a Share Purchase Agreement. Fondalpress, an automotive component manufacturer specializing in die-casting and machining of aluminum, along with its parent company Anna Milena SpA, will be integrated into Endurance's European operations. This move aims to strengthen the group's aluminum die-casting business, expand manufacturing capabilities, and enhance customer reach. The acquisition is not considered a related party transaction and does not require governmental or regulatory approvals. Fondalpress reported a turnover of €32.20 million and a Net Worth of €20.40 million as of December 31, 2024.
