Endurance Technologies Wins Legal Battle Against GST Order, Quashing Demand of Rs. 12.39 Crore

Endurance Technologies Ltd has received a favorable order from the Hon''ble High Court of Uttarakhand, quashing an Order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rudrapur - I, Uttarakhand ('GST Order') dated 30th December, 2025. The GST Order pertained to the financial year 2021-22 and involved a tax demand of Rs. 12.39 crore, and a penalty of Rs. 1.13 crore. The GST Order was based on alleged discrepancies including mismatch of input tax credit ('ITC') compared to details stated in GSTR-2A, reversal of ITC by customers, sundry creditors and eligibility of ITC. The Company had filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand challenging the GST Order, seeking to set aside the GST Order that was issued without providing an opportunity for a personal hearing. The Hon’ble High Court has quashed the GST Order and remanded the matter back to the relevant authority for reassessment, after considering submissions made by the Company.
