Energy Development Company Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated employees, their immediate relatives, directors, and promoters. The closure will be effective from 1st October 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
