Energy Infrastructure Trust, through its Investment Manager EnCap Investment Manager Private Limited, has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026. The primary agenda is to approve and record the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, the trading window for the Trust's securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in line with SEBI regulations and the Trust's insider trading code.
