Engineers India Ltd: 61st AGM on Sep 18, FY26 Dividend Proposed

Engineers India Ltd has announced its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 18, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company will present the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for FY 2025-26. A final dividend of ₹2.50 per share is proposed for FY 2025-26, in addition to interim dividends already paid. The AGM will also address the re-appointment of directors Shri Rajiv Agarwal and Shri Arun Kumar, and the appointment of Shri Atul Gupta as Chairman & Managing Director. The Board's authority to fix the remuneration of the Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27 will also be sought.
