Trading Window Closure Announced by Engineers India Ltd for Q4 Results

Engineers India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window in preparation for the audited financial results for the quarter/year ending on 31.03.2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting where the results will be considered. The exact date of the Board meeting is yet to be intimated. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Engineers India Limited.
