Surbhi Singh Prasid Uno Family Trust has disclosed the sale of 10,88,500 equity shares in Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd. The transaction, executed via a block deal on the stock exchange on August 24, 2026, resulted in a change in the trust's shareholding. Prior to the sale, the trust held 18,74,770 shares (4.29% voting rights) and had encumbered shares amounting to 26,69,150 (6.13%). Post-sale, the trust's direct shareholding stands at 30,14,920 shares (6.90% voting rights), with encumbered shares reduced to 4,40,500. The total diluted share capital of Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd remains unchanged at 4,37,18,962 shares.
