Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd has disclosed a default in payment by a customer of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vasavi Medicare Solutions Private Limited. The customer, M/s. S M Pharma, has defaulted on invoices totaling INR 11.87 crore. Vasavi has received information indicating a risk to the recoverability of these dues and has consequently made a full provision for the outstanding amount in its books. The maximum impact on Entero Healthcare's consolidated financial statements is INR 11.87 crore. Vasavi is initiating legal proceedings against the customer for recovery.
