Entertainment Network Appeals ₹113.20 Cr Income Tax Order

Entertainment Network (India) Ltd has filed an appeal against an income tax assessment order demanding ₹113.20 Crore, including interest, for the assessment year 2024-25. The company received the order under section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, dated 27 March 2026. Based on legal advice, the company filed an appeal on 26 April 2026 before the Hon’ble CIT(A), contesting the adjustments made to its reported income. The company believes it has adequate legal grounds and that the order does not have a major adverse impact on its financial position.
