Envair Electrodyne Ltd has announced that the trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. The date of the board meeting to consider, approve, and take on record the audited financial results will be intimated in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
