Enviro Infra Engineers Acquires Suyog Urja for ₹311 Cr

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary EIE Renewables Private Limited, has announced the strategic acquisition of a controlling stake in Suyog Urja Limited, a wind energy EPC company. The deal is valued at ₹311 crore, with the first tranche of ₹111 crore securing 51% equity. This acquisition significantly strengthens Enviro's renewable energy platform, expanding its capabilities across solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), complementing its established water and wastewater treatment business. Post-acquisition, the consolidated order book of the Enviro group will stand at approximately ₹5,600 crore, with ₹4,400 crore in EPC (₹2,500 crore water, ₹1,900 crore renewables) and ₹1,200 crore in O&M/IPP. Suyog Urja brings deep domain expertise, a strong execution track record, and an existing order book of approximately ₹650 crore, enhancing Enviro's ability to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.
