Enviro Infra Engineers Board Approves Q4 & FY26 Audited Results

The Board of Directors of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, in its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee. An Independent Auditor's Report on the standalone annual financial results was also included. The company will announce the Annual General Meeting date for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in due course.
