Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd Acquires Vento Power Infra Private Limited for 115,60,60,660

Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd has announced the acquisition of Vento Power Infra Private Limited through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited. The acquisition was completed on 20.08.2025, following the receipt of Letter of Intent (LOI) from PTC India Financial Services Limited. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP and Saraf and Partners acted as transaction and legal advisors respectively. Vento Power Infra Private Limited is an Indian company incorporated on 23.04.2015, currently engaged in the development of a 40 MW (AC) grid connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha. The solar power generation will be sold at a tariff of € 4.1/unit for a period of approximately 18 years. The acquisition will enable Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd to tap the opportunities prevailing in the renewable energy sector and align with its long-term vision to expand into sustainable and future-oriented business segments.
