Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Suyog Urja Limited for approximately ₹311 crore. The acquisition will occur in phases, with 51% equity stake acquired immediately and the remaining 49% within 27 months. Suyog Urja Limited, an Indian company incorporated in 2008, specializes in developing wind and solar energy projects, with a turnover of ₹171.99 crore and a net worth of ₹30.34 crore as of March 31, 2025. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen EIE Renewables' renewable energy portfolio, facilitate its entry into the wind energy segment, enhance project capacity, diversify its energy mix, and expand its geographic footprint, reinforcing its position in the renewable energy sector. The acquisition is expected to be completed by July 31, 2028, and is not a related party transaction.
