Enviro Infra Wins Bid for 40 MW Solar Project from PTC India Financial Services

Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd has won a bid in a competitive auction process for a 40 MW (AC) grid connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha, India. The project, owned by Vento Power Infra Private Limited, will generate power at a tariff of ₹ 4.1/unit for approximately 18 years. The cost of acquisition is ₹ 115.61 crores. The project has already achieved Partial Commercial Operation Date (PCOD). The Company is currently undertaking due diligence and evaluating the terms and conditions of the acquisition. Upon completion and satisfactory findings, appropriate disclosures will be made to the stock exchanges.
