EP Biocomposites FY26 Revenue up 13.6%, PAT up 21.5%

EP Biocomposites Ltd announced its Chairman's speech for the 7th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. The speech highlighted the company's evolution into an integrated solutions provider across Aqua, FRP, and Fire verticals. For FY2025-26, revenue from operations increased by 13.6% to ₹1,363.98 lakh, up from ₹1,200.62 lakh in the previous year. EBITDA grew to ₹237.83 lakh, and Profit After Tax rose by 21.5% to ₹145.83 lakh. The company also acquired the Bicholim factory premises and expanded its Aqua business with projects for major clients like ONGC and Hubballi Smart City. A strategic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, was formed for advanced wastewater treatment solutions.
