EPACK Durable Ltd. has authorized key managerial personnel (KMP) to determine the materiality of events or information and disclose them to the stock exchange, as per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Bajrang Bothra (Whole Time Director) and Mr. Ajay DD Singhania (Managing Director & CEO) are authorized to determine materiality. Mr. Bothra, Mr. Singhania, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mittal (Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Esha Gupta (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) are authorized for disclosures.
