EPACK Durable Limited has informed the exchange about the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Bumjin India Audio Products Private Limited. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, issued the Certificate of Incorporation on June 27, 2025. Bumjin will engage in the manufacturing of electronic consumer goods including but not limited to television monitors, speakers, displays sound bars, radios, music systems, video cameras (non-television) etc. This move is expected to contribute to the business growth of EPACK Durable Limited.
