EPACK Durable Re-appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors

EPACK Durable Limited announced that its Board of Directors has recommended the re-appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells as the company's Statutory Auditors. This re-appointment is for a second consecutive term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The auditors will serve from the conclusion of the 7th AGM until the conclusion of the 12th AGM in 2031. This move confirms the continuation of the existing auditor relationship and does not involve a change in auditors.
