This new entity, with an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000/-, will focus on data center, digital infrastructure, and IT services. The incorporation falls under related party transactions, with promoter group interest acknowledged but conducted at arm's length. The company's primary objective is to develop, establish, operate, and manage data centers and related digital and IT services. Epack Prefab Technologies Limited will hold 100% of the share capital.
